Warranty and Complaints

In fact, all the items in our e-shop are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY

In case the purchased product is damaged due to transport or production defects, Fibe srl undertakes to replace the product under warranty and without any charge.

To make use of this right you must: send within 5 days from the date of receipt of goods a written notice addressed to Fibe srl (via email fibesrl@gmail.com), indicating the references to the order, the damaged or defective product and the details of the flaw detection. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the replacement.

Important

The product to be replaced must be in the original packaging carefully sealed.

Fibe srl will replace the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.
